Business Development Manager – Air Quality (Lyons)

The Role

Not your typical BDM role. If you’re tired of chasing low-value deals and want to actually shape a growing business, this might be worth a look. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our air-conditioning division at USSC.

What you’ll do:

  • Build your own pipeline and win new business
  • Manage key accounts and grow relationships
  • Own the full sales cycle, influencing strategy, not just executing it
  • Work closely with ops & delivery (no silos)

You’ll be trusted to identify opportunities, win work, and help position Lyons as a leader in heavy industry HVAC. High visibility.
