The Role

Based in our Newcastle facility, we have a unique opportunity for a Service Manager within our Fixed Facilities department to be at the forefront of our operations, driving efficiencies and results across all facets of the branch.

This role will actively ensure we deliver our products and services on time to the customer for installations, inspection and testing of essential fire safety measures, and will require a mixture of time in the office, field and focusing on customer engagement.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in managing a fire service department
  • Sound knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian Standards
  • Understanding and knowledge of Fire Protection Systems and maintenance practices
  • Strong people management skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team
  • Experience with monthly forecasting & reporting
  • Ability to manage targets for sales and profit
  • Valid Australian drivers’ licence

We are currently seeking a Fire Suppression Technician to join our close knit team based in Perth. This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who is mechanically minded and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.

Training regarding our particular brand and range of fire systems will be provided whilst on the job.

Ideal Candidate

  • Fire Suppression Industry knowledge or basic understanding
  • Experience within a role that entailed “out on the field” services
  • Have a strong mechanical aptitude
